Well everyone. I made it to 7 days sober. Alcohol free! A personal examination of myself I feel WAY better. I’m losing weight and I can finally feel good about myself again. I have a long ways to go. Tonight was kinda tough, I’m from the great state of Nebraska so it’s Husker Saturday! GBR! Went to a party my parents friends were hosting and was offered a drink a couple times but I declined and the old me would’ve caved and took that drink. But not the new memail! I hope everyone has a fun, safe and sober weekend ! Let me know what you’re doing

That’s awesome !The more you do that the better you get at it.Ive stayed places as long as I could but then left when I just couldnt.
