Cravings after treatment

3 solid days out of treatment. 33 days under my belt, meetings every day since, twice today, readings…find myself mad jonesing tonight. Talked to a friend, still can’t stop thinking about a drink. What else could help?

*Cleaning house or anything to keep busy
*Start a sobriety journal and make lists (why you want to be sober, why you shouldn’t drink, sobriety bucketlist, etc)
