Starting over on a Tuesday
Day one for me also,sweating,shaking,itchy and depressed but I know I have to go through this to get better.
Itâs kind of comforting to know Iâm not the only one.

Iâm trying to make a doctors appointment for today rehab is not an option with my children meetings I know my mom would help out my husband doesnât tell me no I say go grab some beer and he does I know itâs not his job to âbabysitâ me but I need a hard NO!! He doesnât see me as out of control
@Shannon_Roberts detoxing from alcohol?? With itching?? Totally thought my raccoon had brought in a flea I clearly need to do my research into this

Here is a useful thread on getting through early recovery:
The itching is a withdrawal symptom from alcohol,take an antihistamine it seems to help until you detox enough for it to stop.
All the sweating doesnât help either lol
Had no clue I swear I though I had fleas or was allergic to something lol THANK YOU sweating I do believe and canât stand
