Feeling emotionally exhausted but somewhat proud to have made it this far. The longest I’ve been without a drink since I was considered old enough to do so! Just wanted to thank you lot and this whole forum for pulling me back from the ledge quite a few times. I’ve turned to this when I’ve felt weak and for that, THANK YOU x here’s to to the next 30 days
