How to break the ritual of drinking after work

One of my big obstacles in being sober is over coming the ritual of when I drink and I am very OCD and my drinking ritual plays into my OCD. How can I break that? I need any sort of advice please

Tru turning your ritualistic behavior patterns into positive helpful patterns. Be compulsively positive! Go directly from work to a gym,or on a hike, read in a coffee shop, attend AA meetings.
Change your patterns your destiny is in your hands. It’s not easy,but then again it’s not the hardest thing in this world either. You have to make the decision to change and ACT upon it. Don’t be afraid to take & use the endless support that’s around you.
For me, the support isn’t directly around me. But when I made that decision it was easily found. Now I’m growing daily. It’s going to be a daily struggle,but I’ve made the decision to enjoy my journey. Many doors have opened and I’m only 28 days clean & open minded.
