Stay strong in mind… I know what you’re going through… at 9 tonight it will be day 4… Sometimes the inner demon inside tells me just 1 sip . My mind not that strong yet but I found some hobbies to keep it occupied… Working so far, and drinking a whole lot Of tea…

Take this one day at a time, if not one hour at a time. That’s the only way we can beat this. Try and keep yourself busy and always reach out for support, even if you don’t want to! So congrats for posting this. I hope you make it through this rough patch. We are ALL here for you
