Sweaty, happy with crazy hair after the second Training for Warriors session. Love this class so much!!! It’s so full of positivity…coach says leave your ego and your day’s history at the door…the hour in the dojo is your hour to make yourself a better you than the you that walked in…Love it!!!

Oh and I’m almost finished 10days sober and…zero craving or want for alcohol. Not resting on my laurels though. Keeping a check on my thoughts to catch the niggling one when it comes up so I’m prepared to ride a wave when needs be
