You are doing brilliantly Alejandro :people_hugging:

You are able to crack this one hundred day challenge, you just have to stay sober TODAY. You can worry about tomorrow, tomorrow.

Trust me, I wasn’t sure if I was able to do this challenge. But, by doing this challenge we are making ourselves accountable for 100 days. I have done 38 days so far. I’m not saying you won’t have challenges to your sobriety along the way, but I have found as every day passes, it gets that little bit easier. I feel stronger every day, and more in control. If I get hit with an urge to drink it’s strongly countered by an urge to protect my sobriety.

I genuinely feel that you will get to a place where it will become easier. Just handle today Alejandro

So you have a lot of change going on Alejandro, and while stressful, you’re handling it :slightly_smiling_face:

This is what it’s all about. Sometimes bad things, unexpected things happen. In the past, we had taught ourselves to dampen out these emotions and tried to escape from them. The truth is, by handing the bad things that happened to us this way, we locked ourselves in a sort of purgatory. Our drug of choice only hides problems, it doesn’t solve them.

Instead of sticking your head in the sand, you faced your problems head on. Now you have a new place, with a couple of hairy new best friends :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Well done, you’re doing great :+1:
