Not going to lie , within the 100 days that I was counting every single day. It certainly got easier as days go on.
During the 100 days. I avoid all social invitation event from work that I know alcohol will be there.

Awesome! It’s hard no doubt … Been there…but it does get easier…I’m at 19mths tomorrow and rarely even think about it let alone crave it. Something I never thought possible.
