So today this happened! So pleased with myself and how far I’ve come . Next alcohol which is 50 days away from 1000 as well. If I can do it so can you x keep keeping on people!

I’m afraid there is no magic formula. Just raw determination and a want and need to be a better person. 13 years ago I gave up all other drugs and I was involved in the music industry so was a heavy regular user of most drugs (not opioids) weed and alcohol were my last crutches and casting them away made me free… like I had thought that substance abuse had made me…but that’s just a lie . Being clean is being free both in body and mind.
