I’m at 7 days. I FINALLY GOT SOME SLEEP! 8 hours of sleep with no crazy lucid dreams. I feel great today. Dr’s appointment today to follow up and take care of some other health issues.

That is great. Sleep is so important for good health. You should start to feel so much better now.
Ah yes, quality sleep. I’m on day 10 and still not getting a full 8 hours at one time. I do about 4 hours, feel rested so I get up and read, then go back to bed awhile later for a few more hours. The upside is I get quality quiet time.
Keep going!
But keep a diary if possible, because at a month you’ll be having a good night’s sleep, feeling rested and alert in the morning, much more up to doing a day’s work - and instead of forgetting how you felt a week / month ago (and possibly relapsing), you can read how bad it was and can give yourself a pat on the back for how far you’ve come!
