This is the first Saturday/Sunday combo that I have managed to stitch together sober in longer than I can remember. My dreams are vivid and speckled with memories of past drinking, fears of unresolved issues and remorseful moments. Uncomfortable in some ways as it may be, I’m actually enjoying the mental clarity and lack of a hangover. Happy sober weekend everyone.

I am on my 3rd weekend, now it’s 9.20 pm, I made it much easier than the first.

4th weekend for me. I am finding it so much easier now, that I don’t work weekends. Spending time with family has revealed that it was always an excuse, not a trigger.
