Hey guys. First post on this forum. I’ve been 35 days porno free and 3 days masturbation free. I’ve been suffering from addiction to sex caused by loneliness and anxiety.
I’m deeply ashamed to say that my first experience was with a prostitute. And I have been in uncontrollable sexual behavior ever since.
I am going on a journey to redeem myself back to normal. Thanks for reading and wish me luck!

Hey, please be proud of your efforts as I have struggled with sex addiction for over 40 yrs and recently have realized that it created so much shame that I had 18 yrs in aa and relapsed due to keeping this secret and still acting out. I am attending mtgs now and finally am ready to put in the work to create a healthier lifestyle so hang in there as you are now a power of example for ME. Peace
