Oh good lord - that is a magnificent view
I’m so blessed. That’s where the agriculture meets the mountains with Ventura or Oxnard in between. I think those mountains will be snow capped in the winter/spring. And that’s just how I like my snow off in the distance to admire as I drive to the beach.
Aah yes … exactly how I would love it as well. Truly blessed with a wonderful view and area
Todays steps.
I am trying to cross 15k steps. My old record was 30k steps a day, but that was a long time ago.
Signed up for a 150 km (93 miles) challenge for December.
These are beautiful!!
Was a beautiful hike and run this morning! I love these mountains they make me feel free.
Pen Y Fan, about a month ago, the walk up was tedious because of the fog but once i got above it, the view was breathtaking.
Wow that’s beautiful! Was it hideously busy on the way up? I’m always turned off by the crowds.
Hi,
I wasnt planning on doing the mountain for exactly that reason, I ws going to go on some of the less popular areas, but when i poked my head out the tent the fog had cut visibility to about 20 foot.
So i decided to do Pen Y Fan because the path is so used i doubted i would get lost.
Cold foggy Wednesday in November i saw about thirty people.
Dread to think what its like in the summer
It was the time to go then. Usually I just turn the car around when I see the six million people walking up.
It looks like you got a fantastic camp in.
Made a small round in my neighbourhood. Just to practice my feet a bit. It was so good to be outside and just walk. Missed it so much.
Couldn’t go far, so didn’t see much nature. But this picture will suit this thread a bit. Some willow tree that they are pruning.
I love the variety of things that I’ve seen hiking!!
