I love love love autumn, it’s the only season I enjoy. We mostly don’t do Halloween here but we love autmnal decorations and thanksgiving festivities. All Saints Day is a holiday here and I love visiting the cemetaries with the hundreds of burning candles in the dark.
Here is some fall beauty I find on my farm.
Another Autumn lover here! I’ve been a bit late with decorating but will do some more Halloween themed stuff this weekend, including carving pumpkins. We are going to an apple orchard this weekend for the first time since moving back to this part of the country. My neighborhood is really getting that fall feeling and I love living here, so close to the woods and trails through them that feel magical. We are also so lucky to live next to the Mississippi River bluffs with gorgeous fall color vistas. I can walk to the edge of the property behind my house and see a beautiful sight (and do almost every day to watch the transition). I’ll try to take a photo today on my walk.
