Just made it three weeks, I’ve never felt like this before. I still have the horrible mood swings and battered circadian rhythm, but I’m learning how to leverage that to not be weak. Any one else keep a calendar on their wall to track your quit days? I keep mine on the back of the door so I can’t leave the house without seeing it. It’s weird because even though three weeks isn’t really that long it’s felt like forever, in a good way. Because I have had regular human brain activity again and passion for life I haven’t felt in years, and I’m making myself be strict and stick to a schedule, when I was drinking a week would fly by like an hour, just a blur. I can get so much done in a day now, I feel like a kid again. It’s the first time I quit drinking and smoking together and I can feel myself slowly coming back to life here. One more week and I’ll have a month! Staying focused friends

@Leigh congrats! First thirty are tough. Stay focused and busy, idle time for me was a huge trigger in the first days. You CAN do this!
