I had been drinking everyday for 7 years on lunch breaks , after work, in the mornings on weekends, it got to a point I was abusing alcohol !!! One day I woke up and decided I needed a change , change or scary and also worth a risk to try !! Weather your 1 day sober or years sober as long as you out effort and commitment you can over come any challenge !! Keep strong an focused we are a team let’s move forward !! Each day I grow stronger

Your drinking habits sound like how mine were. I would pick restaurants that I knew no one from work went to so that I could drink. Welcome and congrats on 21 days!
