So I am 22 days sober today. During the past few days there were things I would have possibly lashed out about or got angry in general. But I basically laughed it all off. It’s the little things that irritate me right now. But day by day I am doing everything I can to stay sober and happy

Good job. Keep up the good work. I like to do deep breathing when those little irratible things happen. It’s funny how just the littlest thing can set me off. Like the cable box freezing up. All I got to do is reboot. Deep breathe it isn’t a big deal. No need to get pissed off. 15 days and counting here.
