27 year old on day 4

I’ve started seriously attempting to quit for 2 to 3 months. Prior to that I think I drank every day for the past 4 years. I could not physically remember a day where alcohol wasn’t involved. At first me taking one day off was a big deal and the 2nd day in a row felt like a mountain. In that time I made it 9 days which was the longest sober streak in god knows how long. I’ve hit the reset button several times but Wednesday I decided I wasn’t going to “keep taking breaks” to prove to myself I wasn’t what I am… an alcoholic. Today is day 4 and I don’t ever want to hit day 4 again after today. Good luck to you all and best wishes with each of you.
