Well it’s been an extremely long month but I have learned so much. I am proud of myself for saying no so many times. I have a clear mind and that is something I didnt have a month ago. I have faith and a sense of happiness which I didnt have either. One month down many more to go! (:

Congratulations! 30 is a huge accomplishment!
I actually forgot to celebrate 30 days the first time. Then, the second time, I decided I would celebrate 42 instead - one day longer than I went the first time. I’m not quite sure what I’m gonna do, but I will definitely celebrate this time. You should get some ice cream, or buy a new shirt, or get a Mani-pedi or a massage - something to pamper yourself. Keep me posted on what you decide
