30 days and I’ve run outta things to clean in the house 
. Bought 3 parcels of land near me that has junk on it and needs to be cleaned and fixed up. Figured that should keep me occupied for awhile 
The amount of energy and free time I have again is well worth being sober.

Coming up on 2 years this August!!! The land is all cleaned up and I have chickens now lol. Honestly the chickens helped keep me sober in the beginning lol. Haven’t had a desire to go back one bit!!

Well I am 57days free. Suffering reflux due to anxiety. Also don’t get to sleep till 11pm 12am or later, just lay there in bed. Man this is so hard I feel sometimes is this worth it. But, it was hell before this hope this is better. I been on antidepressants for over 40years because of porn (I hate this disease) I wish I got rid of this years ago. I been addicted to this for51 years.

Dear talkingsober community thankyou for supporting me so far. I am 64 days free from porn orgasam. Been tempted but resisted. Feeling anxious but a little, reflux taking medication. I am still plugging along. Who ever is Christian here pray for me. As I am for all you guys here.
