Not going to say it’s easy. Do the leg work. Work a program. I pray, journal, meetings(not many), talking to others who have stayed sober, blogs, podcast, meditation. I have a tool box and always prepare my mind for a situation that involves temptation. Makes it easier on myself. I remember the after effects of alcohol. Throwing up, black outs, stomach hurting, head hurting. Then I look at mistakes that could’ve gone wrong and for some, have. I am so thankful to be sober. IWNDWYT
