Dragging on without drugs or liquor, looking for tips on how to start working out, I am fatigued out of this world in the morning, and with the corona virus, govt has issued a curfew, so i can’t do anything in the evening.

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Start working out with walking. There are also plenty of hiit workout apps you can do without any equipment and very little space. 5 weeks is amazing, take it one day at a time.

Push ups, pull ups, dips, handstand push ups.
Water bag, sand bag, add a handle to it and you can do all kinds of stuff.
Lunges, squats, calf raises, running etc
