37 relapse warning signs

We went over this list in my intensive outpatient program today. I thought it was really useful to see the thought process broken down in a linear order.
Pretty sure im guilty of the first 29,and that’s just this morning. :joy:

They say you start to relapse long before you actually take the drink.
I think I’ve been relapsing, at that level, a lot lately.
So, this list really spoke to me and, again, my OCD brain loves seeing all these thoughts bullet pointed and in chronological order (results may vary)

I think it just goes to show how close we are if we don’t stay on top of our game. As you say Cade, you can recognise so much of it because of the situation you are in. But because you are super aware you are upping the work to stay focused.
