Yes you can do this! Everyone who has 10, 20, 90, 365, and 20 years, all had a “day 5.72”. They did it, and so can you!

Ahh, yes day 5.72. I was three days out of detox and still 24 days away from leaving my third rehab in 18 months.

At 5.72 I was angry walking everywhere, to meetings, aimlessly. Just walking off my being pissed, hoping to get into a scrap.
Keep up the positive attitude, it can go a long way.
