I hit 5 months yesterday and i didnt notice. But wanted to take a min to celebrate my 5 months sober. Finding how important my sobriety is but with out a health mental health i wont have my sobriety either. Not going to lie some days are still a struggle especially when life through a dang curve ball at me. Lime this week has been complete chaos :flushed: but i did it sober. Congratulations to everone else breaving their sobriety.

Sobriety milestones are fun to acknowledge, they remind us of how far into our sober journey we have travelled so far, and point the way to a sober future.

As long as we don’t get hung up on over celebrating these achievements, we’ll be fine.

My next milestone is 41 years March 16, and yes, I am not Irish.
