Today is a hard day one of my friend after 5 years of sobriety fell off 
trying my best just to keep on this path and see the true benifits of being sober …
Life is hard around us
I am doing my best to just keep to me for now
I know I am not strongn enough yet to go n see my friends and some family
I can’t go out to dinner yet
I am feeling healthier with each day that passes
No hangover
No soar back
No shakes
My life my choices … I choose to be sober
