@Ozdownunder Thanks for sharing! They are all great tips. My favorite ones are #26, 27, 40, 41, 42, 46 & 49. Still working on 37
@Soberlife05 Smoking!!! I know its terrible, I hear you there! Think I will wait until I’m at least 6 months into my sobriety before I tackle the ciggies, the good thing is cigarettes are getting really expensive here (around 20.00 for 20 smokes) it is also at the point where you can’t even smoke at train stations & bus Stops, pedestrian malls, parks and beaches or anywhere inside. Really strict here and it’s only getting worse, on the top side that is not really a bad thing. Some good pointers though in the other 49 tips.
@Ozdownunder Yeah I hear you! I usually have my morning cigg lol not proud of it but I know it won’t be forever! 1 addiction at a time, I tell myself. Wow $20 that’s expensive, mine are usually $5. That’s a great way to motivate someone into stopping, I know it would for me! Stay strong, we can do it!
@Oliverjava hey I am still learning as well, but thought if I am going to be serious to make honest contributions. I am getting info from my own development through therapy and researching stuff online. We are all here to support one and other.
Doing online research has really helped out this time around! Working on the cigs myself but damn they are some tricky and powerful fuckers!
@Tyler_Neal_Carlson I hear u there lol… I can do 2 days then my nicotine neurons go nuts lol
Luckily I quit smoking 3 years ago.
