183 days I’ve made it with ABSOLUTELY ZERO prescription pain meds or Fentanyl!!! Of course this was Saturday but I was so busy rewarding myself with the casino( not an addiction I don’t even go once a year lol) but it felt good to know I hit that milestone! I’ve NEVER since 2010 had 6 months without SOMETHING!!! This is huge for me and I hope it inspires anyone who isn’t there yet….YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Also I’ve seen some people who are saying things like I’m this far along but I don’t think I really “feel” better mentally/physically or whatever. I’m gonna say this not to scare you but not gonna lie I’m not there yet either I don’t feel great mentally my sleep still sucks and some days I still have terrible cravings and everything as if I just started this adventure. Here’s my positive though…the more you focus on just the issue of staying clean THE BETTER TOU FEEL EACH DAY!!! You will mentally feel good about yourself. Everyday isn’t promised to be the greatest but you will have many more accomplishments and good days sober than you do using! With that I hope each and everyone of you has a blessed day and always look up to the next day SOBER 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Thanks so much!! I truly try to be an inspiration as I know how I felt when I was just starting out and I felt helpless, alone and just lost as to what to do next with my life. I still don’t have all the answers nor can I give perfect advice but what I can do is tell you about my experience and how I got to where I am today in the hopes it helps someone, anyone. You all are great for all the amazing comments too
