After 20 years of daily drinking been 6 months and 7 days without a drop!
This is something I never thought would happen. Loving the new normal but the stuggle seems to get harder not easier.

Congrats on 6 months and 1 week! I’m at a little over 5 months and don’t think it gets harder… why do you think it’s harder? I also don’t have a social life or bf so there’s that, lol.
I think sometimes when we feel so good or at least so much better than we were it makes us feel like we can handle it maybe… I hope to see you around here more!

You might be right, maybe not harder but definitely a daily thought and decision still.
