Feels like 6 months at times and 6 days at other times…
Then there’s the times when it reminds me i flushed four years down the drain thinking i was bigger then my disease.
Lessons learned, knowledge gained.
But i think this time i have come to realize that by my actions and with a few words from a friend that I’m better sober then i ever was a drunk!

@Rikk - Well done buddy… there but for the grace of a Higher Power I struggled to believe in at first go I! One of the main things that help keep me sober today is the thought of going back to day 1, week 1. Well, there’s that and the cost of my rehab treatment!!
Keep coming back, take it easy, one day at a time!

This forum and the people on it have definitley been a strength to me, getting help and advice from others, giving help and advice to others, reading and writing…keeping my mind on a sober life…talking sober in this sober time.
