First time I’ve been sober for over a month since I was 15 years old. I know it’s not a lot but this feels good and I hope to make it a permanent change. I’d appreciate any tips to stay on the sober wagon for the long haul. Hats off to all of you battling. We are in this together…

AA meetings and coming to this forum daily have kept me sober for over 2.5 years. I know I can’t do this alone and I owe my sobriety to the awesome people on this forum and the friends I met in AA.
