The cravings and the lewd thoughts still come but this time around I’m not going to obsess about it. I’m human and sex is fascinating. The feeling behind it is natural, though my behavior is not.I have a problem controlling my lust and therefore must take steps to keep it on check and not allow it to compel me to make unhealthy choices.
I’m so grateful for the clarity I feel today. I’m proud that I haven’t given up. I will not use lust to escape the false inadequacy surrounding my life that the addict tries to convince me of. I’m happy that I know the way out. I’m going to lean on you all when I feel like I have gotten away from the path.

Looking at milestones when you’ve reached them is really cool plus it gives everyone the reinforcement that “I can do it too”
