8 days opioid free!

I was going to post yesterday for my one week clean but yesterday was a busy day and it got away from me.

I am 8 days free from taking oxycodone and hydromorphone. I have been in Suboxone to help and I’ve not felt this good in years. I don’t have the urge to abuse opioids anymore and I even threw out a few Percocet I had been holding onto.

Never did never think I’d willingly throw away Percocet, but I didn’t want any around me to tempt me.

thanks to everyone here for their kind words and support. It really helps knowing other people are rooting for me even if I don’t know you personally.

Nice! Congrats on 8 days! I know how difficult that first week was and you did it. We never have to do it again. Keep flexing those sober muscles.
