Woke up this AM. Took a walk to get myself in a good head space. The sky was overcast when I left the apt which matched my mood. During the walk I reflected on the past present and future and remembered I had no control over it then and now. But appreciating it for the lessons learned/losses. I found myself overwhelmed with emotions and just when I couldn’t take it any more. I happened to look up to the sky and noticed the sky had cleared. Bringing a sense of cleansing and new lessons to be learned. I’m ready for today’s challenges and my HP will. I’m blessed to be alive and not six feet under.
