9 months without drinking

I can’t believe it’s been 9 months since I last touched alcohol!! It hasn’t always been easy, especially not during stressful times at work.
But my faith has kept me safe and kept me away from drinking. I am now also at a point where I don’t mind that my husband drinks a beer once in a while around me. I sleep better, I’m in a lot better shape (lost 25lbs so far) and I am a lot less overwhelmed by things that used to have me spiraling into binge drinking. Best decision I have EVER made…
