Glad it helped. I don’t remember where I saw that video posted before but, it saved my butt during my first week after quitting my doc.
Dont give in to those cravings, they will get easier with time. For now just take it a day, or few hrs at a time. I find doing things around the house, or hobbies to keep my mind off it when a craving hits. Sometimes I’ll throw on some music and do a quick run on the treadmill to kick the craving. You can do it brother.
