Yay for MrCade!! I’m excited for him. Sounds like a good adventure under the circumstances.
I’m sure he was ecstatic to see his wife. I’m happy for the both of them and hopefully soon they’ll be back together full-time.

I don’t think he’s seen her just yet, I think he’s heading up there after this weekend.
Such a good guy and really positive and very mindful of what he’s learning, etc.
He’s quite a character as a writer too!

Heard from Cade recently; it’s no joke about them fighting the fires out there! Holy moly, they’re right in the thick of it and doing the hard work. They have to be extra vigilant about their surroundings all the time. Some minor injuries to some of the guys but nothing too bad.
He says when a tree burns from the inside it burns the roots so if you step on that you could get burned. Hard to know where that is.
He says hi to all TS peeps and says he’s looking at getting out by February if not sooner…!

Thanks for the update.
I think of him often and it’s great to hear of the positives he is making of a negative situation. I think we all knew he would tackle this with positive energy and he deserves any and all concessions offered.
Wish him well, and look forward to his release.
