A Look into the Life of a Crazy Dutchman

He hasn’t yet since his current apartment doesn’t allow it, but he will in August. I’ve also got a cat who’s good with dogs

It sounds like the timing will be perfect to get a rescue. I know you’ll miss his dog but atleast you’ll have another to love.

I got my schoolbooks delivered today. Our school hires a company who put together all required books and then we hire them. Usually 75% of books are used. Only one used book this time and the new ones smell soooo good. 9 months ago I wouldn’t have enjoyed the smell of new books. Just smelling them and looking through them just made me so grateful, so friggin grateful. I also became so motivated for school and excited for it

I’m happy with today. I once again rebuild a lot of lego sets. Also made a few very hard sudoku’s for the first time in ages. My annoyance with autism is completely gone.
I learned a lot from yesterday. I’m gonna practice with no longer pointing out when “peers” play victim, accuser or use another form of manipulative communication. I’ll also try to be less of a know-it-all. Except for on the forum, because on here it’s to help people in recovery. I’ll also talk with my psychologist about it coming Wednesday.
I had to stock the freezer today and we were understaffed. We only had 66% of staff. I had a ton of cargo and finished a bit too late which really annoyed me, but I got over it already

Today is so far so good. This morning I did some working out. I downloaded 9 different apps with workouts. A sixpack in 30 days app. 30 day arm training challenge. Random workouts. 30 days stretching challenge. Height increase app, which I only got because I’m curious if that’s even possible. 30 days split challenge. 30 day plank challenge. Regular stomach excercises and a cycling app. This should make me very fit eventually and it should make me more flexible. I’m motivated, but only time will tell if it works. This afternoon some lego stickers arrived in the mail, so now I’ve been able to cross off another set as complete.
I watched the first episode of season 2 of umbrella academy. It looks like this will be a great season
Also started sharing my life story.
Oh, and I discovered that my username was wrong the entire time, it’s dutchie, not dutchy lol. It has been changed now.
Now I’m prepping for work

Work was awful. I had more cargo than ever before so I was stressed. I felt like I was gonna snap for a half hour. Then some woman asked me where the toasts are. I told her that I didn’t know, but that I would ask my manager for her. She told me I am worthless and walked away. I nearly broke down crying because that’s what my dad always implied. Managed to keep myself together though.

I hope you don’t believe her, Dutchie.

Good morning everyone. I’ve started changing my biological clock back for school. I meant to get out of bed at 8:30 AM, but I got morning insomnia at 5:44 AM. I decided to stay in bed as not to screw up my 18 day plan.
I’ve already done some stretching and belly workouts. Gonna go for a run now before it becomes 35°C/97°F

It is 1:30 PM and I already feel like I have a full day behind me. My run ended up being 11,8km/7.3miles.
Afterwards finished my morning belly workout.
Then took a cold shower.
I think I may have a renal pelvic inflammatory disease. I’ve had it before and stings like hell if you move. May also be a muscle that isn’t used to working out that’s very close to the renal pelvis. I’ll go to work nonetheless. I managed to run almost 12km with that pain and eventually zoned it out. I can do that again. I’m not going to see a doctor, because the last time I had a renal pelvic inflammatory disease they didn’t do anything about it either and then I had an inflamed bladder accompanying it.
Just watched a 22-minute episode of The Good Place on Netflix.
Overall just feeling great and motivated today.

Started actually resetting my nailbitng counter each time I bite to become more aware of my biting. I really feel strange now that I have longer nails. They feel like dead attachments, really takes some getting used to.

The pain I experienced earlier around my renal pelvis was probably a muscle and not a renal pelvic inflammatory disease. The pain is decreasing now. Was asked to come in early at work, I complied because €€€. Then I was asked to stay longer because they managed to be understaffed 3 days in a row. I managed to do all my cargo within time.
After work I started feeling really bad physically. I felt hot, nauseous, headache. My body doesn’t fare well in this heat. Only got a headache left now.
Now in the TS zoom meeting

Starting “tomorrow” with a one week water cleanse. Lately I’ve been drinking lots of ice tea, apple juice and coke. My stomach acids are going crazy, probably because I’ve been drinking a lot of drinks with a high amount of acid.
So until next week Sunday 1 AM I will only drink water.
