The pharmacy messed up my amitriptyline order and gave me a 90 day supply instead of 30 (enough to OD). Each day that passes is another day i havent ODd and im so damn proud of myself.
My depression feels worse than ever but im over a week clean from self harm and proud as heck! Just needed to share the small victories

Ive been to therapy but it didn’t really do much for me. Finding things to distract me like video games is my trick
I relapsed anyway at a week in. Oh well.
