I’ve seen people start accountability theads. Come post on this thread frequently and the group will see you checking in

So ive been in law enforcement 20 years. It became a habit… Then parent passing divorce ect… Ive seen it all then never thougt it could be me
There’s a ton of accountability here on the forum. There’s folks with a couple years sober, a couple of months, and a couple of days.
I encourage you to read the threads and comment, especially on threads that involve relapses. In understanding the stuggles of others, we can gain inisght into our own.
