Hi everyone, love the community, strength and support here, thank you all for a safe space.

I’m on day 68 of sobriety, and for the last several weeks I have developed sporadic acne on my face, chest and the back of my neck. Has this anything to do with my body detoxifying? I eat healthy and drink water, take regular exercise and use the same natural body care products that I always have. I have never, ever had spots before.

Thanks in advance for any responses or advice. Keep going everyone x
