Wow you are always on the go! I did a few more outdoor things yesterday which I was glad for, had an outdoor meeting and took a slower walk with the dog to make the most of the sunshine!

Make time by doing your favourite sport or activity.
Hmm difficult to make time as I havenāt got up early enough. Although I will already be doing my favourite activities today, just as well as I wonāt have time to fit anything else in! Will give Lady a walk after work and then itās belly dance class tonight.
Have really enjoyed doing this monthās calendar, I find it difficult to keep moving when Iām working and the depression kicks in but checking in here has given me motivation to get up and at least do a little. I had a couple of weeks where the antidepressants kicked in where it felt like I was turbo charged from doing this, that was amazing.
I donāt know what is on the cards for May but I will set up another thread for it.
