Affirmations

Today, I practice self affirmations. Like I’m worthy of recovery or; yesterday, I stayed sober. My program is a program of affirmative action. So, sometimes when I’m feeling down I try to affirm others. For me, it’s motivating to think of others rather than dwelling in self pity. My affirmation to y’all is that you’re worthy of a better life. Showing Love is a powerful tool. Love y’all.
