I made it through another weekend yall!! My cravings are getting to be less and less but the temptations are still everywhere! Its just one of many struggles that alcoholics have to go through as there is alcohol everywhere you look. Its a shame that it is so easily available! I posted on facebook today that i was two weeks sober and one of my “friends” commented “screw being sober, come over and drink!” You know youre ready to change when you pass something like that up. I just commented back saying "No thanks, i think ill just watch a movie, cuddle with my dog and wake up not hung over and be productive!

Screw that friend! Lol I think somebody wishes they could do what you have done. Sadly they look at you as better than them. If you would have come over for a drink, in their mind you are on the same level as them. Keep staying strong!
