Hey everyone so this is my 3rd day being out of the hospital from a bad detox. The doctors have given me a prescription of chlordiazepoxide and it has helped me and my anxiety in so many ways.
I was wondering if anyone knew an alternative to this medication that I can use of the counter to help my everyday anxiety and depression.
