Welcome @Bowie1221 glad you found us. This lovely community and alcoholics anonymous helped me get sober after 20years of progressive addiction. At the end there i was sooo lonely, isolated, and hopeless. I found hope here. Stick around and visit daily to build those connections and get support thru your quit.
It gets harder before it gets easier but boy is sobriety and recovery a beautiful thing!
