Almost made it to twenty

I was doing great. I had a feeling last night would be rough, so I took a melatonin like someone here suggested (thx btw) and I almost got through. But I woke up at twelve and broke. I’m really disappointed, but I’ve only ever gotten to twenty once before on my own by sheer willpower, and things weren’t as back back then either, so this is actually good.

Just got to climb back up, and look for more tools to succeed.

That doesn’t change how really lousy it feels though…

The important thing is not giving up. I relapsed 8 days ago after 2 weeks of not drinking. As long as we own up to it and try again, that’s all we can do. Welcome back!
