Anger and frustration

First post here. Lying awake at 4 in the morning, after an evening where again I was to weak to make the right decision. Now I sit with the after effects, and I am definitely not looking forward to this day.

I am honestly sick and tired of this. It is robbing me of my health, my happiness, my creativity, my passion, myself.

No looking back. You can’t change past decisions but you can accept that nothing changes, if nothing changes! Get out that anger/frustration and make room for positive! YOU are worth it! One moment at a time. I read Pinterest memes in the beginning almost all day to put positive in my head. Still do. You got it before you know you’ll be well on your road!

Thanks a lot @Cece - I am really hoping, no scratch that. I am really desperate to get this thing beat. There is so much I still want to accomplish in my lifetime and I definitely do not want to live the rest of my live like this.

I will use this resource as well as the app as a way to stay accountable to myself first, and then all the other people that are recovering and who are in the same boat as me.

Congrats on making it so far down the journey already!

Not going to lie, first 48 hours are the hardest… but definitely worth it. Sleeping will be hard for 2 weeks, but after that it gets so much better. I used supplements to help me through. B vitamins for just general Energy, L-Tyrosine and 5http for depression and motivation, and L-Theanine for anxiety. I have meds from a doctor too, but those supplements helped. Make it 48 hours. Eat a gallon of ice cream or whatever to get your mind off it. It will be healthier for you. You got this bro
