I am a recovering alcoholic and have been sober for 17 days. I also have a anger problem. Looking for good ways that you deal with anger. I have anger classes that I’m going to be taking in a month nd just looking for personal support of what works for you. Thanks
Idk i think what sets me off the most is that if someone says something I dont agree with that I go into defensive mode and react out of anger. I want to learn to be mindful and open and not let anger get the best of me
